Appruuv is a content approval platform that allows users to upload media content, share it with clients for approval, and manage the approval workflow. The Service includes features such as content upload, client management, approval tracking, and calendar scheduling.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing
We offer subscription plans at the prices displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content Ownership
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Usage Limits
Your subscription plan includes specific limits on clients and storage. Exceeding these limits may result in restricted functionality until you upgrade or reduce usage.
8. Data Retention
Media files are automatically deleted 45 days after upload across all plans. We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before the retention period expires.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
